The truth is that you create a great life by being open to help and to making difficult changes.

so, Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a rut, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to help you level up in life!

I believe taking care of your mental health is just as important as hitting the gym or tackling that DIY project. But men aren’t great at making it a priority, and they have all types of different needs.

Some men need counseling because they’re struggling with mental distress and illness. While other men need performance coaching to help them function at their best and achieve their lofty goals.

I’m both a licensed therapist (LPC) and board certified coach (BCC). So, whatever your needs, I can help!

I provide both counseling and coaching services, and My approach is anything but ordinary.

Picture this: a no-nonsense blend of straight talk, practical strategies, and a healthy dose of reality (and humor).

I offer a safe and confidential space where you can kick back, open up, and figure out how to navigate the challenges in your way.

I’m not here to analyze your dreams or make you meditate (unless that’s your thing). Instead, we'll roll up our sleeves, get to work, and help you unleash your full potential.

Not sure if counseling or coaching is right for you? That’s ok. Let’s hop on a call to figure out how I can help you!

Don’t let doubt hold you back. It’s time to take action and create a life you enjoy!

A few FAQ’s

  • What’s the difference between coaching and counseling? - You’ll hear people say, “Counseling is about getting over your past and coaching is about your future.” To a fair extent, that’s true. However, there is Solution-Focused Therapy, and I’ve also been in coaching classes where they explore the origins of certain behaviors and habits. So, it’s a little murky.

What I think is more important to distinguish are the relationship changes between the two modalities.

In counseling, I’m assessing you. I’m diagnosing you. I’m guiding more of our sessions. I’m coming up with a treatment plan for you. Some men are in a spot where they need that type of structure.

On the other hand, in coaching you set the agenda. You’re the expert of your life, and you decide what we focus on and what you want to work towards. I’m on the same level as you. I’m here to ask impactful questions to help you gain clarity and show up the way you want in life. I included a chart at the bottom that provides more information.

  • How do I know which one is right for me? - We won’t know until we hop on a call together. We can talk through your situation and what you’re wanting to achieve. From there, we’ll agree on the best way to support you.

  • Can you be both my therapist and my coach? - No. It’s an unethical blending of roles. As Egon would say, “Don’t cross the streams. It would be bad.” (Bonus points if you can name that movie)

  • Do you deliver in-person sessions? - No. Right now I only offer virtual sessions. Also, for counseling, I only work with men in CO.

  • Do you offer night and weekend appointments? - Yes! I know how hard it can be to fit counseling into a busy schedule. So I offer appointments on weeknights as well as Saturday mornings.

  • Do you accept insurance at this time? - Yes! A major barrier to care is the cost involved. So, I’m credentialed on the following panels: Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

  • What if I have other questions? - Great! Let’s hop on a call, and I’ll answer them for you.

  • Were you cold as hell in that promo video above? - Yes. Yes, I was…
